This is a spacious, well equipped, fully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa located in the Dream Hills urbanisation near Torrevieja. There is a terrace from the main bedroom, and a very large private rooftop solarium with patio furniture for ‘Al Fresco’ dining, with views to the salt lakes, mountains and beyond. Especially useful is the ground floor bedroom and shower-room/toilet for guests who may find stairs difficult.

Use of the 2 communal swimming pools is included in the rental price and there are supermarkets, restaurants and bars within a short walking distance. After a short 5-10 minutes drive, you will find many safe beaches and coves, three golf courses, Ten-pin bowling, multi-screen cinema, go-karting, casino, hypermarket and all the amenities of Torrevieja town.

The town has a large marina, impressive promenade and harbour walks, vibrant and interesting open-air markets and a multitude of restaurants and bars.
