This is a spacious, well equipped, fully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa located in the Dream Hills urbanisation near Torrevieja. There is a terrace from the main bedroom, and a very large private rooftop solarium with patio furniture for ‘Al Fresco’ dining, with views to the salt lakes, mountains and beyond. Especially useful is the ground floor bedroom and shower-room/toilet for guests who may find stairs difficult.
Use of the 2 communal swimming pools is included in the rental price and there are supermarkets, restaurants and bars within a short walking distance.
After a short 5-10 minutes drive, you will find many safe beaches and coves, three golf courses, Ten-pin bowling, multi-screen cinema, go-karting, casino, hypermarket and all the amenities of Torrevieja town.

Rentals for more than 4 weeks are available by negotiation.
A 25% deposit (non-refundable) is required on reserving the house, with the balance being due 6 weeks before your arrival date.
For late bookings full payment is required on reservation.
A refundable security deposit is required, the amount being dependable on the rental period.
Maximum of 6 persons per reservation.
The house is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival, including complimentary welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk etc, and cleaned after your departure.
On your arrival our neighbour and friend will meet you, show you around the house, explain how everything works, answer any queries you may have and can point you in the right direction for the different amenities.
You can choose Alicante (the most popular) or Murcia/San Javier airports as they are both approximately 35 to 40 minutes drive away.
We recommend you consider hiring a car to give you the full freedom to visit the whole area with its many beaches and attractions.
There are car hire companies based at the airport, in Torrevieja and in the local area.
We are also able to
hire-out cots, highchairs, stairgates, bicycles, and for the golfers; high
quality ladies and gents clubs.
Airport transfers can be arranged subject to availability.
